Welcome to Rhine Bird. Please read these terms before using our app or services. By using them, you agree to these rules.

1. Basic Terms

  • You ("User") use our app, content, and services ("Services") under these terms.
  • We are Rhine Bird FZ-LLC, based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Do not misuse the Services, interfere with them, or use them for illegal purposes.
  • Do not attempt to extract, scrape, redistribute, or resell the film and television data or artwork shown in the app.

3. Accounts

  • Tonight requires no account. There is nothing to register for and no credentials to keep secure.
  • Your watchlist and settings are stored only on your device.

4. Your Content

  • Tonight has no uploads, comments, or shared content. Your watchlist, custom lists, and reminders are yours and stay on your device.
  • Because nothing is uploaded, we neither host nor moderate user content.

5. Third-Party Content and Data

  • Film and television information, artwork, and cast data are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
  • Posters, images, trailers, and other promotional material remain the property of their respective rights holders. They are shown for identification and reference only, and no ownership is claimed over them.
  • Trailers play through an embedded YouTube player and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
  • Streaming availability is supplied by TMDB via JustWatch and is indicative only. We do not control it, cannot guarantee it is current or correct for your region, and are not affiliated with any streaming service named in the app.

6. Payments (if applicable)

  • Paid features, if offered, must be paid as described in-app.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Refunds, if any, follow our stated policy.

7. Updates

  • We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
  • Sections on ownership, liability, and disputes remain in effect after termination.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

  • The Services are provided "as is."
  • Film and television information is supplied by third parties. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or up to date, including release dates, ratings, and where a title can be streamed.
  • Rhine Bird is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us (if any) in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The Tonight app itself — its name, design, interface, and code — belongs to Rhine Bird or its licensors.
  • You may not copy or redistribute our materials without permission.
  • Third-party material shown in the app is covered by section 5 and remains with its owners.
